KEY POINTS TO CONSIDER BEFORE MAKING YOUR BOOKING
The campsite is accessible to people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility. We have 4 Premium 4-person PRM cottages for your comfort and convenience. All services are adapted and accessible to people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility The accommodation is designed to ensure your optimal comfort. Parking spaces are made for you as well. With our lifeguard team, you can use a wheelchair with ball wheels made for people with reduced mobility, your child can join the mini-club with adapted activities, and you are guaranteed a good seat at our entertainment shows.
Our canine friends (except for category 1 and 2 dogs) are welcome in all our accommodation and camping pitches. They are only allowed on the “GrandTravers” beach, accès 60, in La Grande Motte. They must never be left alone, whether in accommodation or on a camping pitch. A maximum of four dogs are allowed.
Our mini club is open to children aged 5 and over. You need to register your child on the Yelloh! app at least one week before the start of your stay (tutorial available on our app).
Our swimming pool and slides are heated from the moment the campsite opens.
A parking space for your vehicle is available next to your mobile home, except for premium rentals.
Any booking of more than 4 accommodations by the same individual or by different individuals who know each other and are travelling together for the same reasons on the same dates at the same campsite is considered a group.

We reserve the right to analyse your request before accepting or refusing it.
YOUR RESERVATION
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of being part of a contract in accordance with our general rental terms and conditions, and guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the price of the services booked must be paid at the time of booking at the village. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay at Camping La Petite Camargue.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking (25% deposit + balance of the stay).
In the case of non-payment of the deposit at the time of booking or the balance no later than 30 days before the start of the stay by the customer, we reserve ourselves the right to cancel the booking and put the accommodation for rent again.
We accept payment by credit card on our secure website, by cheque made payable to La Petite Camargue (for all payments up to 10 days before arrival), by bank transfer (for all payments up to 7 days before arrival, please note your booking number in the reference field), as well as by ANCV holiday vouchers (the cheque holder must be present during the stay.
Holiday vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be passed on to others. They can only be used by their direct beneficiaries, their spouses, cohabiting partners, civil partners and persons who are fiscally dependent on them) or Connect holiday vouchers.
You have the option to choose to pay in three instalments at no extra cost when paying your deposit online.
If you have chosen to pay by credit card in three instalments at no extra cost, a direct debit will be taken on the scheduled due dates (see booking confirmation).

You can also make your payment on our secure website: on the home page of our website, at the bottom of the page, customer services, pay for my stay or via the link on your booking proposal/confirmation. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer (for all payments up to 7 days before arrival). Please remember to include your booking number in the payment description.
We only offer a choice of pitch when booking two pitches side by side (€40 per pitch choice). It is not possible to choose your pitch on a map.
The baby kit includes a travel cot and a high chair. Please note that mattresses and sheets for the cot are not provided.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
You can request to modify your stay (dates, type of accommodation, options) at the same campsite, depending on availability and possibilities.
This request must be made in writing to the campsite (by post or email) no later than 15 days before the start of your stay. No postponements will be accepted for the following season. If no changes are made, you must stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel according to the cancellation insurance conditions.
• Any request to extend the length of your stay will be made depending on availability and current rates.
• Any request to shorten the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay conditions.
In the case of a cancellation by the camper, except in cases of force majeure, the cancellation and refund conditions are as follows. All cancellation requests must be sent by post to the campsite's postal address or by email. Cancellations made by telephone cannot be accepted. Any cancellation will result in the termination of the booking and the campsite reserves the right to re-offer the accommodation for rent. a. Cancellation without cancellation insurance: • Case 1 - Cancellation up to 16 (sixteen) days before the start of the stay. The deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay will be retained by the campsite as cancellation fees. The sums paid, less the deposit, will be refunded. If the payment was made in part or in full with a voucher worth more than the deposit: the deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay will be retained by the campsite as a cancellation fee. A new non-refundable voucher valid for two years and usable at the campsite where the stay was cancelled will be issued for the initial voucher amount minus the 25% deposit. The remainder of the sums paid other than the voucher will be refunded. • Case 2: Cancellation between 15 and 8 days before the start of the stay. The campsite will retain 50% of the total amount of the stay as cancellation fees. A voucher will be issued for an amount corresponding to the sums paid, less cancellation fees of 50% of the total amount of the stay. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, can only be used at the campsite where the stay was cancelled and is valid for two years. • Case 3: Cancellation between 7 days and 0 days before the start of the stay. All sums paid, i.e. the total amount of the stay, will be retained by the campsite. No refund will be made. If the customer does not arrive at the campsite within two days of the start of their stay and without having informed the campsite in advance by post or email, the booking will be considered as cancelled by the customer. The campsite therefore reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again. b. In the case of a cancellation by the camper with cancellation insurance. The sums paid are covered by the guarantee in accordance with the general cancellation conditions. If the reason is not covered by the cancellation insurance or if the claim is refused by the insurance company, the general terms and conditions of sale in paragraph 4a. apply and the cost of the cancellation insurance will be deducted from the sums paid in the case of a cancellation.
Cancellation fees may be covered by the cancellation guarantee offered by the village, at a cost of 4% of the amount of the rental accommodation and the total amount of the bare pitch. What we cover*:
- Death, accident or serious illness (including epidemics), hospitalisation of the insured person, a parent, a close family member or a dog or cat living in the home.
- Denied boarding following a temperature check.
- Pregnancy complications of the insured person.
- Pregnancy contraindicates the trip due to its nature.
- Redundancy, contractual termination.
- Serious damage caused by fire, explosion, water damage or theft on business or private premises.
- Contraindication and follow-up to vaccination.
- Depression, psychological, nervous or mental illness.
- Serious damage to the vehicle.
- Obtaining a job.
- Cancellation or modification of paid leave.
- Professional transfer.
- Refusal of tourist visa.
- Summons: for the purpose of adopting a child, as a witness or juror at criminal court, for an organ transplant, or for a make-up exam.
- Natural disasters (as defined by Law No. 86-600 of July 13, 1986, as amended).
- Cancellation of one of the persons accompanying the insured (maximum 9 people).
- Separation (divorce or dissolution of a civil union).
ARRIVAL FORMALITIES
If you are staying in a tent, camper van or caravan, you can settle on your pitch from 2pm. The departure must be done before 12pm.
If you have booked a rental, pick up your keys at the reception from 5 PM to 8 PM. Check-out must be before 10 AM.

If you arrive before 5pm, you can benefit from all the campsite services (snack bar, bar, swimming pool, slides, …) after having completed the arrival formalities with the reception.
You can arrive after the reception closes. In this case, our receptionist will take care of welcoming you. You will just need to give him your identity card, which you can pick up the next day at the reception during the completion of the welcome formalities.
A deposit of €250 will be required upon arrival for any rental reservation. This amount will be blocked as a credit card imprint only.
DURING YOUR STAY
For your comfort, our teams prepare and thoroughly check your cottage. All you have to do is settle down and fully enjoy your vacation!
The welcome kit includes a sponge, a trash bag, a lozenge for washing- dishes, a roll of toilet paper, a carton of multi-surface cleaner, a berlingot of washing-up liquid.
The campsite’s grocery store offers rental of children’s bikes, adults and electric bikes. The prices are available on our app.
The grocery store offers fridge rental upon reservation before your stay. The rates are available on our app.
Our barrier is closed from 23:00 to 06:00. You can no longer access the campsite by car during this time.
Yes! Our holidaymakers benefit from 2 free accesses for any reservation in a bare pitch, in a two-flowered cottage, 3 flowers or 4 flowers. 4 free access in cottages for 4 people PREMIUM and 6 free access in cottage for 6 people PREMIUM.

We offer a free shuttle to the beach of Boucanet in Grau du Roi in July-August. The schedules are available on our app.
At the pool, your swimming and that of your children are under your responsibility.
Constantly monitor your minor children under 18 years old. Respect the safety instructions and the opening hours of the pools.
The minors are under the sole responsibility of their legal representatives. Even for the paddling pool, stay vigilant! Children must be accompanied.
Only one user per slide, feet forward, minimum height: 1.20 m. Any child unable to swim must be equipped with armbands or a buoy.
The campsite declines all responsibility in case of an accident.
For hygiene and safety reasons, only clothing exclusively suitable for swimming, fitted and short (swim briefs only) is allowed: t-shirts, long swim shorts and dresses are prohibited. Children not yet clean must be equipped with special diapers for swimming.
3 sanitary blocks are located on the campsite: Les Flamants, les Avocettes and les Foulques.
It is possible to drain the gray water at the motorhome area next to the reception.
Only the sanitary block of Les Avocettes is equipped with a drain (chemical toilets).
The cleaning fee is only included in premium accommodation. It is still possible to add this cleaning fee (€95) for all other accommodation categories if you wish.
This service includes the end-of-stay cleaning of the mobile home, except for the kitchen area which must be clean and tidy (dishes and fridge included). The bins must be emptied, the mobile home tidied, the sheets and towels stored in the green fabric bag provided for this purpose.
The television is included in 4/6 person, 4 flower rentals and PREMIUM rentals.
Blankets, duvets and pillows are provided in all our rentals.
Sheets and towels are provided in our 4-flower rentals and in our PREMIUM rentals.
You have the possibility to rent sheets and bath towels for other accommodations.
For security and insurance reasons, it is allowed to install a small tent on the site as long as you do not exceed the capacity of your accommodation, that is to say the maximum number of people authorized in your accommodation.
All our rentals are air-conditioned.
ANY OTHER QUESTIONS
Our aquatic area is only reserved for the use of campers who stay at the campsite. The camper has the possibility to welcome visitors (except July/August) outside who remain under his sole responsibility.
He must have them present themselves at the reception for the formalities (€7/visitor over 12 years old) and undertake to ensure that they comply with the internal regulations.
**Outside visitors do not have access to the aquatic areas. **
Only electric barbecues and electric planchas are allowed. **Charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited. **

YOUR DEPARTURE
For any stay in accommodation, you must notify the reception of the time of your departure. The inventory of furniture is done after the departure of the clients by our teams and an email indicating the return or the deposit is sent within 48 hours following the departure.
The barriers of the campsite close between 11 PM and 6 AM. If you wish to leave after 11 PM or before 6 AM, you can leave your vehicle in the parking lot at the campsite entrance.
